your report is the mirror image of my last couple trips with two exceptions. i have been floating above the weir, and using a red zebra midge. all 'bows mostly dinks and one in the slot.

i know the most recent time was a saturday, around 11am. as for the other two times, i can't remember. i have only ever seen him above the PO launch. i have never seen any ranger near the jail area....
