You made a good choice. I've found buying the 100 packs to be more cost effective than buying a saddle or a cape. Plust the quality of the feathers are just as good as those found on the saddles.

Thanks for the recipe, it looks almost exactly like the one I tie. That's nice looking ps. I usually fish size 12s but, for small streams the 14s and 16s would be great choice.

Thanks for the reminder. Up here (Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa) the season closes in October in Minnesota and Wisconsin to protect the spawning brown and brook trout.
