I'd use an 18 pheasant tail...I find not using standard brass beads really helps..so no bead or an unfinished bead is what I prefer.. its also bwo time. Size 20 Barr's emerger is the best I have...

I'm a tin foil guy... I cover the fish inside and out with blackening Cajun seasoning. Wrap em up and cook em beside the fire...over the fire if your fire put has a grate or grill...
