Yellowstone River Oil Spill

This isn't Smoky Mountain related, but anyone hear how the big oil spill on the Yellowstone will impact the fishing. Right now the river is at or near flood stage.

Thanks for the suggestions, the "biggest" rod I have is a 9' 6wgt. Sage XP. Think I might give that a whirl, maybe even line up with a 7wgt. line and the 1/0 size fly.
