I would like to take my canoe and go smallmouth fishing down the little river tomorrow. Can some one please tell me a good place to put in and take out for about a 5 or 6 hr float. Any sugestions...

I fished Citico Creek about a mile up trial #105 last weekend. The water was low, but it fished very well. You should give Citico a shot while you are there.

Just a quick note, if you plan on taking your dog the park is off limits, since dogs are not allowed on any of the backcountry trails. Have a great trip and tight lines.

I have used both the Orvis Superfine (which my father-in-law owns) and the TFO Finesse. I prefer the TFO's and they are a fraction of the price. In the end it is all about your personal preference.
