Good observations. I'm sure they'll help. I naturally tend to go for the longer pools - but probably need to fight that urge and stick to the pockets, especially in times of low water.

I was up there for a few hours in the morning yesterday (around mile marker 4 below the trailhead). Got totally skunked. Nice work!

Didn't fish weenies - only nymphs and a couple of beetles.
