As a Gheenoe owner I can tell you that unless its a B60 riverhawk most gheenoes and riverhawks will not be stable enough if you plan on doing any standing

i like to throw it on a 7 or 8wt. it can be done with a fast action 6wt.

i prefer a sinking or intermediate line to get it down but it will work with a floating line just fine
