I didn't measure him, but I'd guess he was probably around 14 or 15 maybe. He extended from the tip of my index finger to about 2 inches from the bend of my arm.

It's an excellent read. I also found H. Lea Lawrence's book on fishing in the park to be an excellent read, although some of the info is slightly out-dated.
