I looked at the changes and it doesn't look too bad from my perspective. I don't think the cost of the out of state guide licenses will prohibit or even slow down the usage on rivers like the SOHO...

Thanks David, good photo examples:smile: Usually the lighter colored gravel is a dead give away. I try to avoid tail outs that are shin to knee deep with gravel the size of golf balls and smaller.
