Tellico Report

A trio of us had a nice weekend camping and fishing on the Tellico River.
We found a nice "honey hole" just south of the Turkey Creek bridge and had our way with them. I'm sure they were stockers...

Did you go up by the dam there in Normandy? I've had a lot of luck up there and it's not much of a tailwater, but like you said...it can produce some decent fish.

I was reading a report from the flyshop in the Lynchberg area (Tim's Flies and Lies) and he said the Duck had been stocked already...but it was fishing slow. The report was from yesterday.

I haven't noticed TVA generating at all down on the Elk River...has anyone fished there in the last week or so and had any luck?
