ChemEAngler, I would like to consider a graduated fee based on age. Not sure the details but I am concerned that we're loosing our best resource and that being young boys/girls to enjoy the outdoors....

I support the move to increase fees. I cannot think of one expense that has not increased in the past 10 years. Anyone who makes their living on the water should pay a fee. If guides average 120 days...

lots of good information, thanks. I hear you guys talking about 'loops' for tying leaders to the fly line. The fly lines I use don't have loops so I use a nail knot to attach the leader the fly line....

I suggest that fishermen/women who catch any stocked fish be required to purchase a species stamp. I buy one for trout. Why not them ?
