PM me and I will provide a few general spots that you can try. I usually try and fish the South Holston during the week, however it usually isn't as crowded as the Clinch so weekends are probably ok....

I have a pair of simms guide boots that I have worn for 3 years and have never had a problem. I've used and abused them pretty hard both in Tennessee/N.C. and out west while guiding in the summers....
