I think its 4.6 miles. Cucumber gap is .2 miles longer, but is preferable since you are not hiking on gravel the whole time. It as flat as the Smokies gets. I was supposed to go there last weekend but had to cancel. You also might want to consider 30 if you are after Brookies and want a less crowded camp
