I am also a TFO fan.........I have also used their warranty, due to my own stupidity and clumsiness, and have had terrific results......I am not dissing the upper priced brands by any means.......I would like to invest in a sage one.........if only I could shake the "bamboo" monkey off of my back!!!!!!!! It's a slippery slope my friends............
