Fished down there today and didn't see any shad either. Did see tons of rising fish though. Fished from 12:30 pm till about 3:00 pm. Only one turbine was running. Tried a #16 caddis, fished both dry and wet, not much action. Ended up getting a lot of action on a # 18 parachute adams fished in the foam lines. The wind was a beast today.
