I waited an hr. for the owners, they didn't show, and I had to get to Knoxville.

I agree fellas. It is extremely difficult to blame an animal that acts upon natural instinct/cognitive training and not civil obedience. It seems like problems with pets always relate to the ineptitude of their owners.
