The streams have been down a lot in the park! I have stayed at campsite 28 before and we had to come back down the trail to fish due to the little flow up near the site. I would suggest going up to elkmont, I can't remeber the campsite number but its about a 2-3 mile hike at the trail head there at elkmont. Good luck fishing!
