Not if you saw the effect it has on the total fishery... bigger, better, feistier across the board.
Fished the Clinch last weekend and the South Holston today. No comparison. The SoHo beats the Clinch, hands down. And the SoHo was getting hammered today, but everybody was catching big, healthy fish! Bait fishermen, hardware fishermen, and fly fishermen all fishing side by side. Some keeping, some C&R. Didn't make any difference. The SoHo fishery is healthy despite the didymo - which is another story.
