I did some reading on the Jordon era rods. If this is one of them then it was made some where between 1925 and 1939? Correct? Now I'm almost afraid to take it out and use it! I'd hate to have something happen to it. It's too special!

It looks plenty solid and durable though. The temptation may be too much.
