Putting it simply, (AS my grandfather always said when on the way to the fishin hole), if the cow's ain't eatin'... the fish ain't bitin'. One time I even remember him turning around and takin us back home after passing pastures with layin down cows.
I'm sure that many of the other folks here will chime in with some more SCIENTIMIFIC answers.
