She had it for all of 8 days before Windows Vista crashed on her. I tried everything to save the few business files she had saved, and was on the phone will Dell tech support for 1.5 hrs. Eventually I had to restore it to the factory image, and now we are back to square one....
I just love how these tools we create to help make us more efficient also cause extensive amounts of down time to repair them that previously was not a factor.
