For me it totally depends on what type of water I'm visiting. Tailwaters are totally different from when I visit the mountains but fortunately I've got everything to cover both situations in just a couple of boxes. For recent stockers like you're talking about, I have a few flies that work great. Small streamer or wet flies work well. Remember that freshly stocked fish haven't learned everything there is to know about bugs yet so something with a little flash or movement is good for these fish... Small woolly buggers are good, copper johns can be good, and I always seem to have some luck with small Simi Seal Leeches...
