Not sure of the big yellow mayfly, but the flies with four wings were stone flies. The yellow stone flies are usually called yellow sallys. Mayflies carry their wings upright, caddis carry their two wings when folded sort of a tent shape and stoneflies with their four wings fold them flat along the top of the body. Hope this helps.
