Bill, its just your basic stimulator recipe. The hook is a #12 TMC 200R, which was probably a little big for the stoneflies that were hatching. The body is 1mm green foam with a peel and stick back. I think I got it at hobby lobby. The tail and wing is made of "Elk Hock" by Rocky Mtn Dubbing Co. I use it for all my stimulators, but when I run out, I'm going to be in trouble, because I can't find it anywhere anymore.
