There is a ton of spawning which occurs in everyone of the feeder creeks which run into the Clinch, period. Success rates are unkown because of the ace game agency we have running the show.

If you are going to speak about a streams water quality, at least spell the name of the creek right. It is Hinds Creek, not Hines.
