Default Anyone fished the holston lately

I will be fishing the holston tomo morning. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to use this time of year. I haven't fished since summer so I don't know whats working right now. If no one knows whats working on the holston what about the other east tn tailwaters? any suggestions will be appreciated thanks.

A buddy of mine hit it for an short stint today and said the water is extremely warm, and after having to revive fish for an extended period he left as to not stress them anymore then possible.

On the other hand I fished the Clinch and the water is cold and stable with the release schedule the are running.

IMO I wouldn't stress the fish on the Holston any more so then they are right now, and would go to the Clinch where that is not an issue. JMHO.

I fished the S. Holston last Friday below the weir dam. The water was plenty cold, and the sulphurs were still coming off.
