    Smile It's a drysuit!

I split my dry pants open when I fell on my *** on the trophy section in Cherokee, so until the company fixes or replaces them I have been wearing my kayaking drysuit on cold days. It has rubber gaskets at wrists, ancles, and neck (what you see in the picture) to keep you dry while kayaking, swimming, or in this case wading and fishing.

Wow! I don't know anything about kayaking, but I've always wanted to go. Didn't know such apparel even existed. Seems ideal for fishing.

    Default Ha ha!

When I saw the pics I said the same thing...Then I saw the thread was 3 pages long and I skimmed through to see you asking the same thing that I initially thought.

Yea, those yak tops are an interesting peice of apparel. I don't know how they compare to wearing an actual dry suit (scuba) but the neck peice gets real old real quick! It's a solid rubber band that cuts off circulation to your head, basically! So aside from coming up to quick, you already feel pretty fuzzy!

However it's better than the pinch you get from a vulcanized rubber suit!

Smile Brett they are completely comfortable I assure you

You must of tries a drysuit with a new neck gasket that needed to be stretched. When you first wear one it messes with you (kind of like wearing a turtle neck) but after a few times you aren't even consious of it.

It came in handy today when I swam on Elkmont at 4.9 feet or 2000 or so cfs!

    Have a good day
