    Default Abrams drowning

A Penn State student drowned at the falls recently. Please be careful - extra careful at Abrams. And try not to go alone.

Hate to hear that I think people forget sometimes that they aren't at Disneyland and you can get seriously injured or killed if you aren't careful.

    I couldn't agree more...

This past weekend we saw a man in an inflatable raft (like the kind you can get at Wal-mart for $13.96), floating down Hazel Creek above Campsite #84 (backwards). We were sure he would end up a statistic, as well. Hopefully he had enough sense to either get out before hitting some of the nastier sections (the water was quite high), or enough luck to make it out in one piece.
