It is negotiable~

From traveling in that area, the word "road" is extremely liberal. Beautiful country though and is very rugged.
I bet it could be bought for quite a bit less. Their economy is in worse shape than ours.
"Have no fear of perfection - you'll never reach it."
Well, they would have to change that number to Peso's before I could afford it, but it is beautiful. As far as the road, I wouldn't mind as long as I had the vehicle for it and a town of decent size was within a couple of hours. Just a dream anyway. The wife would never let me move her than far from a Target
Might as well forget it then BRF. The nearest big box shopping is in Buenos Aires. Shopping in the area is like it was in the U.S. in the '30s with pickles in barrels, eggs in a basket on the counter, etc. You can get some of the best beef though, even the cow udder which the locals prefer (yes, it's as disgusting as you would imagine).
Nah, I don't mind weird food. After being in the Army in the infantry for four years, I will eat just about anything. As far as the shopping, that wouldn't bother me either, but I'm only half of the team. My biggest issue is my health. If I ever get that right again, I can go to out of the way places without worrying.
I hear ya BRF. I have been trying to get my wife to relocate to MT for years to no avail.
Chavez is in Venezuela. Argentina is pretty safe, outside of parts of Buenos Aires. The Patagonia regions of Argentina and Chile are beautiful if you ever get the chance.
