Hard to beat any input foureyes might suggest!
As a personal note, I just had my 2nd eyes lens replaced [old age cataract] with a synthetic [acrylic? IIRC] and now all I need is .250 bifocals. [And I don't go smaller than a #14 fly!].
Both Coyote and Maui Jim sell 'readers' in polarized versions. High impact polycarbonate lenses with a small bifocal placed low down [I also shoot]. Have a pr. of the Coyotes on the way at half-price from Sierra Trading Post.
Since I usually get about 5 pr. of prescription glasses [reuse my Ti frames] these commercially available ones oughta cut my overhead-may work for you as well-depends on vision requirements of course.
Otherwise, I concur, get some made locally WITH all the 'options'. Make sure the 'scratch resistant' lenses are FACTORY produced as well as the polarization. The processes at the glass shop aren't nearly as good. I wouldn't think of fishing without polarized lenses-or even being in the sun without good shades that stop 100% UV. And, BTW, wearing a brimmed hat really helps cut weird reflected light-even from the rear. Baseball hats just don't get it.

My problem is astigmatism... Wish I could just buy off-the-shelf ones
