    did the twra and twrc forget to put the trout back in the river after they made the new regs!!!!!!! i don't like them changing the color of the water either, looks like yankee rivers, i prefer southern blue.

    Southern blue? Like the cumberland or the Tennessee?

    Might have something to do with some bigger fish being up stream and causing smaller fish trepidation.

    We floated it Saturday, never fear the stained water! It is more stained than usual, but we were able to capitalize and find quality fish.A float trip and Streamers are in order

    Will the trout there take zebra midges on the Caney like they do on the Clinch?
