    There are lots of good ones. A yellow stimulator, a never sink caddis, Mike Lawson's Henry's Fork is a nice little yellow stone. Hugh Hartsel's Abrams Creek little yellow stone is another nice looking dry imitation. Just use one of the popular search engines it will turn up lots of paterns.

    I have had mixed success with all of them. I am convinced that trout take the dry better when the insects return to the stream to lay their eggs after mating. I would include a red egg sack no matter what pattern I decided to use for the dry.

    What ever dry I am using during this hatch I always have some type of unweighted wet fly or nymph on a dropper about a foot to 18" below it. The CDC pattern I tied for the LRJ will work well as a dropper, simply don't dress it with any type of floatant.
