    Default High Stickin'

My latest painting " High Stickin' ." I like to make my water a little surreal. Most people think water is blue, but it rarely is when you take into account rocks on the bottom etc. It's only half finished but I thought I would share:

That is highsticking. Me, when I look like that, I'm trying to get the fly off a rock in water that's too deep to reach. My complements on the artwork. I'm intrigued by your use of colors.

Thanks Knothead. I could do a much better job on the water now (I think), but I kind of like the surreal look. It's different anyway

Each artist has his/her own trademark as to colors, shapes, etc. Look at Gaugin, PIcasso and Thomas Kinkade, for example. Again, my complements.
True story- when I was little, I wanted my father to draw something for me. He replied that all he could draw was flies. I held out the paper and crayon, "Draw me one, Daddy!"
