    Default Flows on the Holston?

Would you guys say the flows are good for a float on the Holston? I floated it last year and forgot what the flows were, but it was a nice day and the water was perfect. I'm going from Indian Cave, to Nancy's

    Thanks,
    Rod

Oh and if you've been how's the smallie action?

Schedules have been really good the past month or so, and look to stay that way. Trout still flourishing in that stretch, and the smallies are coming on as well with the hot weather.

As you know it is a 50/50 float with riffle/pool stuff the first half, then some slower water to end the float. Very easy day float, and not a bad choice for a day on the river.

Rodonthefly: Could you please post how you did and what the flows were when you go. I am interested in doing the same float, I understand there is a very long stretch of slow water and you should have at least an electric trolling motor for your drift boat. Thanks
