    Andy;

    I'm excited you will be tying here in TN.

    My Dad gave me a first edition of Ray Bergman's TROUT... awesome book, he found it at a yard sale. Sadly one of my retrievers chewed the crap out of it several years later.

    No; I did not shoot the dog but I considered it after he ate a few necks.

    Andy et al;

    Gonna try to post a link.... I'm not good at it but here goes

    http://hatchesmagazine.com/blogs/Hat...an-collection/

    OMG; it worked!

    These are beautiful wet flies copied from Ray Bergman's TROUT; edition 1 and 2 and they are outstanding! Hope you all enjoy them.

    Andy Now as to another copy of TROUT.... I'm not a collector and I did secure another copy that's been lent and not returned to my brother-I-L back in Maine.

    There is a young boy in Maine who is national famous for tying full dressed atlantic salmon flies... gonna try to find out more about him but he's headed to a big tying competition in Harrisburg PA and is expected to win.... only 13 years old.

    Hi Corbo:

    That use to be my mentor that I under studied from for about 4 years. He does tye a wonderful looking wet fly. They are all works of art.

    Now I have an extra copy of Trout for you to have and then you can forget about the lent thing. 13 years old and at a master level is impressive. I am hoping when I start my grandson next year that he could be the good too. Kids never cease to amaze me when they put their love into it and just are allowed to be creative. I would love to see some information on this young man.

    Sincerely
