    Yes it is a healthy stream...except for the dead cow. :-P
    We both enjoy this Jewel. I think ML (AL Trout Bum) takes better pics. ;^)
    This creek also is home to two threatened darters and one endangered species. Frogs, salamanders, snakes, turtles, mink, herons, tons of insects. The only down side is the farming pressure in the summer. The draw from the creek can often cause problems with low DO when temps really jump up near the 100's.

    My pictures have a long way to go, but your fish are definitely nicer!
