    Default Bass on chilhowee

Go out today on lake chilhowee with my son in our canoe. I was hot and sunny and we did not know how the fishing would be. We did som paddling around watched the osprey's and found lots of small bass schooling around fallen trees. We did well on my favorite black woolly, nothing big but plenty of follow and hits.

Yep I wish I had taken more pictures and some of just the fish. I am going to try to get out there again later this week. I believe being out there with a little rain and cloud cover the fishing should be much better. The fishing was good considering the heat and full sun.

Get down deep with a nice sinking line and a 3-4 inch streamer and I bet you catch a big un. My sister and brother in law live about 10 minutes from that lake.
