    Default Hey JohnH

Hey John was wondering if you've ever been to the Port St. Joe in Florida. I've already picked Byron's brain but anything you or anyone else has to add would be appreciated..Some tide info would be nice. Like is fishing best with tide coming in or out etc. Thanks a head of time.

Fished Port St. Joe last year. We did well for reds & speck trout around Indian Pass (just southeast of Port St. Joe). Incoming/high tide worked well for us, although anytime the tide is moving can trigger feeding. Look for tailing fish around oyster beds. We used any fly that looked like baitfish or shrimp. We also fished right around Port St. Joe, but only caught a couple of specks.
