Question Trolling WPLPR from the Highway During Government Shutdown

If, as I read someplace, it is true that pull offs on US Hwy 411 through the park are closed, where are some stretches where you could work a streamer or rooster tail from the back of your buddy's pickup? A larger issue: would that be legal? If you try this, please do your absolute very best on releases.

Surely the ungated pull offs will not be closed. Otherwise, can you image the cost of tending to all those orange barrels?

Yes it is true the park announced they will close or barricade all pull offs along 441. They do not want folks to stop and take pictures because that beauty simply doesn't exist without the federal government.
