Nice thanks for posting. I almost tied one on today but just could give up the neversink.
Rugby - Any good places on the Plateau that hold trout? The guy who worked years ago at Charit Creek lodge told me there was a stream or two that supposedly held some. Does Rock creek have trout?

I have been told that several streams were stocked years ago but I have never tried to fish them. I think water temps are just to warm up here to sustain much reproduction.
KY F&W stocks Rock Creek as a put and take stream.
