Default Little Black/Brown EHC Style Dry

I decided to tie files while waiting on the snow and ice to melt and need some small dark dry flies in my fly box and this is what I came up with.

I used a sharpie to darken the hair to give it a mottled look.

    Thanks,

I used just a tiny pinch of awesome possum black dubbing and a very fine copper wire from a lamp cord.

I tried using black dyed deer hair but it just didn't flair to suit me so I used natural short fine deer hair and a black sharpie for the wing.

I like the idea of using a sharpie to mottle the wing. That fly just looks buggy.
