Default lights or light bulbs for flytying

I have an incandescent lamp on a spring boom that I use for flytying. Any suggestions for bulbs, such as LED or florescent, that screw into a standard light socket and that produce accurate colors? If no bulbs, suggestions for lights?

I would look at a natural light bulb or full spectrum. I use one of these and I find it works very well. Stay away from fluorescent. They tire your eyes due to light flicker.

    I have this one...
