Want to buy a rotary vise

I am looking to upgrade to a rotary vise but I am on a budget. I am not opposed to to buying a used vise. I have been looking on e bay and there are a number of vises that are pretty inexpensive which makes me cautious about buying them as I am not too familiar with all of the brands out there. My question is What is a decent inexpensive vise ($60-$70 or less)?

i'm using an orvis ez rotary i bought in february. its no renzetti but its getting the job done. the only problem i've had is the rubber tip on the rotary lock came off a couple weeks ago. this weekend i'm going to put a drop of epoxy on the tip of the screw where the rubber was. i keep forgetting...

it should be good again after that
