    Default Indian Boundary lake fishing

Going to Indian Boundary campground down by tellico for a weekend soon, and was wondering if anyone has every camped and fished the lake there?
It is warmwater fishing for bass, crappie and gills. Is the campground nice?

I fished Citico Creek about a mile up trial #105 last weekend. The water was low, but it fished very well. You should give Citico a shot while you are there.

We used to camp there every summer and it was a nice campground those many years ago. A storm damaged much of the campground years ago and they had to rebuild since we used to camp there every year. I have heard it is even nicer. We used to paddle the lake in a canoe and fish from a small fishing area there. There are some aggressive bluegill there too. Sorry if this caught you after your trip.

Thanks for the replies, I have reservations in the campground in August before the kids head back to school. I figure the bass will be deep during the day, but I may be able coax some to a popper in the early mornings or evenings. What few picts I've seen of the lake, It looks pretty nice. I would be happy to spend the time just messing with the gills!

Indian Boundary is a great family CG. Lots of bass and gills. Probably do need to wait for early AM and PM bites for bass. Gills will be all day. They have electric, showers and camp store. Have kids bring their bikes, great place to ride. Also no gas motors on the lake. Paddle or troll. Have fun!
