    Default Cumberland help please!!!!!!!!!!!

Going to the Cumberland river Friday trying to decide wether it is worth bringing 10ft bass buggy with trolling motor or wether or not I should just wade. Also wondering best put in and take out ( put in at dam ) Also curious about what flies I will need.

I wouldn't put in at the dam in anything other than an oar or paddle powered boat with an extremley shallow draft. Wading would probably be your best bet.

    Default Cumberland Help

I was on the Cumberland all last week. Yes take the bass buggy, also take your waders. Put in at the dam and take out at Helms. Black midge with copper wire/copper bead size #18-#16. Cracklebacks size #14 fished on the swing also worked good. Good luck & be sure to post.
