How do I post a picture directly without a link?

I use photobucket.com to size all my pictures to 320x240 After you have sized them on photobucket go below the picture and copy the line that says direct link. then when you want to add a picture to the forum click at the top where it says insert image. A box will open up then all you have to do is paste the direct link you copied from photobucket and you picture will appear in you post.I use the short cuts keys "control c" to copy and "control v" to paste. Hope this is clear
