Well, I tried all the patch kits and it worked for a while, but now I'm improvising. I've bought a nylon/pvs float tube repair kit. Instead of using Aquaseal, I'm using ZapaGap on the clear patch. Warning: There were some really noxious fumes that came off. Probably ruined my waders, but at this point, it's worth a shot. Hopefully, if they do still leak, it won't be any worse and I can save them as a back up pair for when a friend wants to go, but doesn't have any gear. They didn't leak too bad, I just wouldn't use them in the winter. I'll let you guys know how they hold up.

Worked like a charm so far. I think the Zap a Gap created a better bond with the fabric than the Aqua Seal did. Of course I've only used them once, so we will see.
