Spring Break Trip part 1

My son had a couple days off from school last week and called me and wanted to go camping and fishing. He also ask could he bring along a couple of his friends from school. I said of course and we arranged to meet at one of our favorite campgrounds to fish a well know Fly Fishing Only C & R stream. The weather, the company, and the fishing were all good.

The indians use to say when you saw the Trout Lilies blooming it was time to go fishing, and it was
Mostly Browns were caught, most looked as if they were none the worse for wear from the harsh winter we had.

I almost forgot, we had a special guest the last night. He came by and enjoyed a good smoke and cold refreshment by our campfire and I needed to add one photo that wouldn't fit in the original post.

Holy crap! That's a massive brown... looked like he coulda taken a finger off!

I caught more browns with large heads than I can remember this trip. I could have put my whole hand in several of their mouths, not that I would have. They have some pretty serious teeth when they get that size

Did your guest go to Brevard Jr College in 75 and 76? He looks kinda familar.
