Default fly tying sulphur mayflies

Does anyone have any advice or patterns for tying sulphur mayflies in any stage? Preferably dun or spinner, but also emerger. I'm going to be fishing at the Elk in WV soon and heard that this was a prolific hatch for this time of year.
