Watauga Generation

So when checking the generation schedule for the Watauga river do I look for Watauga Dam or Wilbur. Tomorrow Watauag lists 1 generator from 7am-8am. But Wilbur list no generation. Will generation from the Watauga dam affect water levels below Wilbur?

Thanks Randy, just what I needed to know. I'm new to the area and didn't want to risk getting caught in rising water. Probably wont be there tomorrow during those times but needed to know for the future.
